The Flower of Life
The Flower of Life is one of the most ancient symbols preserved throughout all time. It has been with us as a guide to the understanding and knowing of the geometrical nature of our physical universe.
The Flower is a beautiful design of wholeness involving nineteen interlacing circles united as One.
The Flower of Life is the pattern of Creation that informs us how everything in the universe is geometrics: plants, trees, flowers, planets, solar systems, stars and above all the physical formation of our human bodies – our Body of Life.
The Flower of Life was known around the world in ancient times. It was found in the temple of Osiris in Abydos, Egypt and it was known in Turkey, Ireland, China, Greece, Germany, India and Iceland.
Many things have been written about the origin and meaning of the Flower. The most simple is the analogy of creation as it occurred in the biblical book of Genesis. This interpretation of The Flower of Life tells us how ……

Leonardo Pisano
Leonardo Pisano, also called Leonardo of Pisa whose original name was Leonardo Fibonacci was born in 1170. He was a medieval Italian mathematician considered to be the most talented Western mathematician of the Middle Ages.
He wrote Liber abaci ( 1202 “ Book of the Abacus”), the first European work on Indian and Arabian mathematics, which introduced Hindu-Arabic numerals to Europe.
His name is known because of the Fibonacci sequence and his Fibonacci spiral depicting his interpretation of the Golden Mean, also called the Golden Section, The Golden Rule and The Divine Proportions.
Little is known of his personal life, other that Leonardo was a lover of nature that became fascinated in his search for understanding of how all living things progressively grow as they unfold in their natural expressions of Life.
Leonardo’s knowledge of Mathematics and love for the patters that govern nature became actualized in his appreciation and love for the Flower of Life.

He called this design Metraton’s Cube in his desire to honor The Archangel Metatron who was written in Islamic, Judeo and Christian Medieval mythologies. He was considered to be the scribe of God and this made him the equivalent of the ancient Egyptian scribe of the god known as Thoth – Hermes.
According to legend, a scribe of God will understand a group of principles of creation which are always associated with Sacred Geometry.
The Archangel Metatron was many time pictured holding a Cube, symbolizing the nature of form, as he was named the guarding The Tree of Life.
These were the reasons for Leonardo Pissano naming his discovery of the geometrical design uniting the center of thirteen circles expressing The Fruit of Life.
As Leonardo became fascinated with the beautiful geometrical design that united all thirteen circles within the Flower of Life he also realized that ……not only Metatron – expressed a cube with a cube….

But he also realized that The Flower of Life was essentially a fractal formation of Unity as the flower, as it becomes continually forming in its increased formation, will always depict a Cube within a Cube forming forever into infinity. All of the five platonic solids — the five shapes by which all matter comes into being — are the building blocs of the Universe and they create the quality that is The Universe.

THE SIX CIRCLES INTO ONE
The six graphics depicting the five platonic solids the Star Tetrahedron, The Cube, the Octahedron, the Icosahedron and the Dodecahedron crowned by Metatron’s Cube housing all platonic solids at once. These six circles centralized by the Sphere of Life Three-dimensions.
The Sphere was declared to be by Plato the most perfect shape because of the equidistance from the center to the surface.
It is important to notice that even thou all edges within the five platonic solids touch the surface of the Sphere – the Sphere is not acknowledged as being the actual form from which all Platonic Solids came into being.
Within our analogy of Metatron’s Cube it is important to notice that all the analogy of the five Platonic Solids come from the original spherical formation of The Mother of All Forms – The Flower of Life.
This is the reason that the center of the six circles expressing the seventh circle within the Flower of Life is centralized as the Sphere from which the center of the fractal nature of the flower and three-dimensions comes into being.

Within Metatron’s Cube, whose foundation comes into being through the fractal nature of The Flower of Life, there are two Stars of David, one inside the other, as each of these stars exist within the form of the cube.
The Star of David, usually depicted as two inter-connected triangles centralized as One, is an ancient symbol expressing Unity.
The Star, known in Hebrew as Magen David – Shield of David – dates back to the 17thcentury and is associated with the shape of a Hexagram.
As will be explored in the following graphics, the two Stars of David, expressing the geometrical formation of Metatron’s cube, exist also within The Matrix of Balance depicting the planes and directions that centralize the human body in three-dimensional space.

Within The Matrix of Balance the right and left expressions of balance depicting The Tree of Life are the center of three dimensions and the centralization of The Sphere of Life.

It is important to remember that the balance of right and left within the human body is essentially equal in its relation to front and back.
This is a delicate detail because we usually relate to our sense of right and left as being more sensorially important than our sense of what is front and what is back in our relationship to three-dimensional space.

Within the Matrix of Balance centralizing the human body in three-dimensional space, the sense of what is right and left, front and back and above and below are equal in the sense that expresses our balanced relationship to all directions of space and our direct communion with The Sphere of Life.
It is this expanded equality within the Matrix of Balance and our direct communion with The Sphere of Life that centralize the physical formation of our human body, expressing the unity of the seven centers that is our relationship to three dimensions and our sense of self-equilibrium.
It is important to notice that within the Matrix of Balance expressing The Ten Dimensions of Life the balance of right and left, expressed by the center of the Matrix and The Tree of Life, incorporate not only these two directions but all directions at once.
This is the reason that The Tree of Life is acknowledged as The Center of Life, the Center of Three Dimensions and the Center of The Sphere of Life.
This all-encompassing relationship of The Tree of Life and The Matrix of Balance – in its relationship to the Ten Dimensions of Life – self contains within its whole design the two Stars of David existing within Metatron’s Cube.
The first half of the first Star of David incorporates the Dimensions of Balance and Beauty as they merge as – three in One – in Crown

The second half of The Star of David encompasses the Dimensions of Consciousness and Unity as they are centralized in the Dimension of Self.

The first half of the second Star of David has the same foundation that it did in the First Star. But, here in the second star, Balance and Beauty are centralized in the dimension of Foundation/Paradise.

The second half of the second Star of David embraces the Dimensions of Whole Nature and Infinite Re-generation as they become fully present within the Fourth Dimension – Presence.

The completion of the second Star of David encompasses Whole Nature, Infinite Re-generation as they are actualized into the Fourth Dimension – Presence, and the Dimensions of Balance and Beauty as they are centralized in the Dimensions of Foundation/Paradise.
This second Star of David is centralized in the Dimension of Self .

The completion of the two Stars of David – one inside the other – share the Dimensions of Balance and Beauty as these two Dimensions express the natural momentum existing within the dynamic, ever-present, fulfillment that is The Tree of Life.
The two Stars, existing within the Matrix of Balance centralized by The Tree of Life are the spatial, energetic connection that balances the human body in three-dimensional space.
It is important to remember that The Tree of Life – as the centralization of the physical formation of the human body, as the centralization of The Matrix of Balance and as the centralization of The Sphere of Life expresses – in its symbolic design – the actual frame of movement existing within the whole movement of life.
This frame of movement reunites as Unity in Motion all movements as One – Universal Balance.

T H E F R A M E OF M O V E M E N T O F L I F E
The actual frame of movement of Life existing within the whole movement of Life composed of The Ten Dimension united as One, depicts – as the natural synchronicity that is its whole bio-mechanical relationship – the three-dimensional balance of our human body.
In its first Star of David, the Dimensions of Balance and Beauty united as Crown express the bio-mechanical centralization of the Shoulder Girdle and arms at the center of the chest – the heart – as they are naturally suspended by the whole three-dimensional extension of Crown.
And, the Dimensions of Consciousness and Unity, as they are centralized at the Dimension of Self, express the centralization of the head on top of the Atlas and the natural three-dimensional release/extension of the whole spinal column.
Through this bio-mechanical relationship of centering of the upper torso of the human body, the centralization of this first Star of David at the Dimension of Presence is the actual release/extension of the cervical area of the spinal column that in being centralized at the throat reveals also the natural distance between the centering of the head and the centering of shoulder girdle and arms.

Within the second Star of David the Dimensions of Balance and Beauty (again) expressing the centralization of shoulder girdle and arms at the center of the chest – the heart – centralized in the Dimension of Foundation/Paradise express the natural centralization and release/expansion of the lumbar area of the spinal column.
This release/extension of the lumbar vertebrae expresses also the three-dimensional release of the rib cage revealing both…. the natural vertical direction of centralized expanded three-dimensions …and the natural gravitational conversion of the whole of the body towards the center/foundation of the whole body ( the pelvic floor ) as it relates to the center of the Earth.
Through the natural release/expansion of the rib cage, in the actual vertical extension, and in its natural grounding centralization in relation to the ground, this second Star of David expresses also the natural centralization of the pelvic girdle and legs that act as the physical foundation from which the whole of the body – synchronized as one – is the living expression of The Tree of Life.
This synchronized relationship of centering within the whole of the body is our natural expression of movement, our primal reflex to Life and therefore, our human physical sensation of life.

"The Eternal Becoming of Life"
The Ninth Dimension, Infinite Re-generation, is the fulfillment of our human lives self-contained within The Eternal Moment of Life.
Within the Celebration of The Ten Dimension we say, through the Movements expressing the Ten Dimensions at different planes and directions within three-dimensional space, that the First Dimension – (the Connection of CENTRAL CROWN) celebrates the natural ascension that is the whole movement of Life.
Within this celebratory acknowledgment we are recognizing that within the Realms of Unity – as we celebrate The Unity of Life —
it is of extraordinary importance for all of us to see, as we become more and more present with The New Consciousness of Life, that the very essence that is our being — our Essential Sense of Self — is presently ascending with the Universe as it expands into infinity.
This statement is corroborated by quantum physics and quantum entanglement that tells us that even though we are existing as human beings within the realms of linear and sequential experience of our human lives we are also – through the reality of quantum entanglement – fully engaged in the extraordinary reality of Unity in Motion through which the Universe is forever unfolding and renewing as the Immanent Reality of Life.
This understanding and experience is essential for our human mental, emotional and physical experience of health because, as we understand our “natural ascension” we can be more and more present with the Infinite Regeneration occurring within the Ninth Dimension.
The Eight, Ninth and Tenth Dimensions, in their Triune Unity, are inseparably One.
Through Whole Nature – as the celebration of the Four Mothers,….. our Human Mother, our Mother Planet, our Universal Mother and the Mother of all Form,……we discover that what we call "physical form” is actually an expression of geometrics, and that the space, the form, and the movement that we call life, exists within a field of Unity that celebrates that which we consider to be form (as made of matter ) and that which we consider to be formless, and made of invisible energy, to be intrinsic parts of the Realms of Unity.
Infinite Regeneration, as the Ninth Dimension, is the celebration of the constant renewal of all physical form that – as the whole nature of life – is constantly transforming into the more of Life.
The more of Life is the creativity of Life – which is the natural continual ascension of the Universe transforming as One. As it is it synchronized as One, as the whole movement of Life.
The whole movement of Life actualized by the continuosly transforming moment of life is what reunites all things as One.
It is this whole movement that – as Whole Nature – embraces the whole interaction of all celestial bodies and the global collective experience of our human lives, into – One Body of life – forming the Universe forever expanding, forever ascending toward the fulfillment of Life.
This whole movement of Life actualized within the moment as Universal Balance is also the natural actualization of
Three Dimensions.
Three Dimensions being the constant reunion of three moments reunited as One bringing into actual manifestation the whole of physical reality at once.
This is the moment in which the physical formation of that which we call our human bodies becomes actualized as the existential, actual affirmation that is our physical existence.
This is the moment in which the physical actualization of physical existence not only becomes fully physical, but also becomes fully renewed by the natural creative reality that is Life itself.
This is the moment in which the physical manifestation of all things – including the form of our bodies – and the creative renewal of all things becomes a third expression that unites the physical and the transparently creative renewal of all things with the whole traveling of Life itself, forever engaged in its eternal becoming.
These three interpretations of the moment merged as one ….. physical manifestation, …… creative renewal and ….. engagement with the whole movement of Life is the reality of Three Dimensions and the celebration of The Ninth Dimension engaging us all with the Infinite Regeneration of life.
The Ninth Dimension, as we have seen in our previous analogy of the two Stars of David existing within Metatron’s cube, the Matrix of Balance and The Tree of Life is expressed in the second Star of David as the Unity of Whole Nature and Infinite Regeneration, as they become three into One in the dimension of Presence – the actualization of The Eternal Moment of Life.
The Eternal Moment of Life is the Unity of the three interpretations of the moment existing within Three Dimensions.
Through this all-encompassing field of Unity, existing within the nature of the moment, the actual instant that houses the nature of our human lives encompasses not only our human individual existence, but also the Whole Nature that is our beautiful planet earth, surrounded by the extraordinary celestial formation that we call The Universe.
This is the reason that The Eternal Moment is not only the celebration of the physical form of all life but also the celebration that is the Infinite Regeneration of all physical form, as it comes into being by its natural engagement with the Eternal Becoming of Life.
M O M E N T O F L I F E
This understanding, involved in the eternal becoming that is the whole movement of life, can be attributed to Leonardo Pissano as he was – in his time – fascinated with the art of mathematics and his search for comprehending the natural unfolding form through which all things grow in nature.

The understanding of the fractal nature of The Flower of Life and the unity of geometrics inspired Leonardo into his famous discovery…. The Fibonacci numbers of the Fibonacci Sequence.
In mathematics, The Fibonacci numbers form a sequence called the Fibonacci Sequence, such that each number is the sum of the two preceding ones

The Fibonacci numbers appear in biological settings, such as the branching of trees, the arrangement of leaves in a stem, the fruit of sprouts of a pineapple, the flower of an artichoke, an uncurling fern, the arrangement of a pine cone and …….
It was Leonardo’s desire, that impelled him to decipher his numerical/sequential expression now called the Fibonacci numbers and the description of the Fibonacci spiral interpreting the golden mean and the divine proportions associated with the natural growth of all things.

THE MARRIAGE OF FORM AND GEOMETRICAL FORMATION
It was the physical formation of The Flower of Life as the physical formation of form self-containing all the geometrical formations of the five platonic solids that inspired Leonardo to discover the gradual unfolding of all form and geometry as it is forever expanding with the Universe into infinite space.
The marriage between form and geometrical formation brought about by Leonardo Pissano began to take extraordinary importance within my mind’s imagination as I was searching to fully understand the geometry existing within the Movements of Unity In Motion.
This search for understanding became actualized one early morning as I was ruminating in a dream of The Flower of Life and as I was awakening one morning in the house of one of my students in San Francisco by the gentle sound that a Dream Catcher was creating as its form brushed upon the glass of an open window.

As half asleep, and half awake I saw the Dream Catcher, thoughts came to me regarding the possibility that the Dream Catcher was perhaps inspired in the actual catching of the moment.
I do not know why this idea of “the catching of the moment “ came into mind but it was perhaps because I remembered that among many Native American languages there is no separation between past and future as they did not exist as separated projections within their sense of time.
The sense of reality and the connection to nature within these cultures was always centralized within the moment of life.
As I became fascinated in the observance of this simple and graceful design, it came into my mind that the actual Fibonacci spiral could follow the natural formation of The Dream Catcher and take the form of a Mandala.
As I became overtaken by this vision, I decided to used the Fibonacci spiral to draw and create the form of the Mandala.

As I drew I recognized that there were nineteen points of unity within the spiral.

To my amazement these specific points of unity within the Mandala matched the 19 interlacing flowers . They where a perfect fit!

THE GEOMETRY OF BALANCE
As this unification between Space, Form (The Flower of Life) and Movement (The Fibonacci Spiral) became part of my understanding I realized that through the Dream Catcher I had caught the dream — the moment – and that this new symbol unfolding now in front of my eyes represented the foundation of the entire practice of the Movements of Unity In Motion.
At first, I named this symbol uniting space, form, and movement, as the representation of the Moment of Life The Geometry of Balance because it was representing – in a two dimensional form – the three-dimensional whole engagement of the practice of the Movements utilizing the dynamic unity of the geometry to suspend and move the physical form of the body in three-dimensional space.
With time, the name of the Geometry of Balance became recognized as being also The Geometry of Light as the whole geometry that was expressing the union of space, form, and movement, was also expressing the direct reflection of light upon the form and movement of Life.
My growing understanding of the Geometry of Light became increasingly clear within my mind as I further understood it through the nature of physics.
According to our understanding of physics we human beings do not directly see light, but we see the reflection of light upon the movement of Life.
The movement captures the reflection of light and our brain deciphers this information and informs us of what we see.
This recognition brought at first a startling and surprising new understanding of the nature of light but also a new sense of clarity within my understanding and experience of The New Consciousness of life.
Within the New Consciousness, Light as it was informing me and awakening its interpretation upon my human brain was also now revealing in me a completely new form of awareness.
This new form of awareness was no longer centralized in the form of me, as being an observer ….…… as me seeing something from a two dimensional point of view…….. but it was informing me from a whole new perspective of awareness centralized in Unity.
Inside of this new form of seeing, my mind – naturally – by The New Consciousness of Life – was allowing access to a new mind centralized in a new consciousness that utilized the five senses within my being to provide me with a completely new form of perception and discernment.
Now, my senses were experiencing that everything that I saw, touched, felt and experienced was intrinsically united within me.
Within this new sense of awareness I was realizing that I was no longer an observer – a perceiver – but I was the united experience of three things into One.
1. I was the observer 2. I was that which I was observing and 3. I was consciousness itself centralized within the moment of three dimensions, revealing a completely whole new meaning, understanding, and experience, existing within the natural moment of Life.
With this new form of awareness –- my communion with The New Consciousness – I was not separated from that that which I was perceiving and everything that I was perceiving was me.
I realized that this was a new form of seeing – in the sense that – by my new field of awareness – I was becoming embraced by a new reality through which I was no longer separated from anything and that everything that was part of my awareness was a gift directed to me.
And it was the realization of this gift that was allowing me to recognize that I was now engaged with the Ninth Dimension – Infinite Re-generation – and through it I was essentially reunited with The Eternal Becoming of Life.

CELEBRATING
As we are completing the last of the Three Dimensions: Whole Nature, Infinite Regeneration and Foundation/Paradise and as we are celebrating the Ten Dimensions as The Fountain of Life I would like to bring into Presence one more of the many ancient symbols of time.
This is the symbols that, through its existence in time, helped, informed and inspired our human consciousness to return to the Divine Source from which The New World is now illuminating our human lives.
This return to our communion with the Divine Source is the merging of consciousness with the natural, physical Moment of Life transforming our human experience into the fulfillment that was once promised.
Through this – our return to wholeness – we now honor and fulfill the ancient symbols that, through out all of time, were to awaken in us the experience of The Balanced Nature of Life.
I personally feel at times overwhelmed by the thank-fullness of my heart, and it is in this spirited inspiration that I want to celebrate one of my essential teachers, Hermes Trismagistus.

HERMES TRISMAGESTUS
In the 1970's, after the transformational experience that I received in Israel and that I detailed to you in our 12th Zoom, I became determined to pursue the knowledge and understanding that would allow me to integrate this magical experience of Consciousness in the old city of Jerusalem into the natural, constant reality that would bring me to Unity within my sense of Self.
It was at this time in the mid seventies as I decided I was to dedicate my life, time, and attention to understand the nature of Unity that my life drastically changed.
I understood this change as I became increasingly aware of many extraordinary events that came into my field of awareness allowing me to see that I was being assisted, guided, and propelled, by forces that were much larger than what my simple human mind could comprehend.
This recognition of forces and circumstances aiding me was not just something that was occurring in relation to me alone, but was occurring with many people that surrounded me in this specific period of time in New York City.
This was the time in which New York was expanding into life force as the flower children of The New Age were beginning to prepare for the coming celebration of The Age of Aquarius. This was the time in which the preparation and excitement for the Harmonic Convergence was also beginning to take form.
This was the time in which many teachers and gurus where coming into the city informing us of the ancient teachings that had unfolded within our spiritual ancestry. This was the time in which art was flourishing and the ever-present spirit was surrounding us, inviting us to celebrate the completion of the Mayan Calendar and the appearance of the New Consciousness and The New World.
As all this energy became present within my field of awareness,
I realized that this – all surrounding excitement – was taking the form of a Presence that was there to show me a magical and mysterious world that was always ever-present if I opened myself to receive it.
One of this magical events occurred as I decided to spend time every morning in The Metropolitan Museum of Art to study and contemplate the Greek and Roman exhibition of artifacts and statues.
I became first fascinated with the Greek culture several years before when I visited this country and realized that the Greeks understood and expressed through architecture in their temples and in their artistic expression the natural energy of movement that was infusing their art with Life.
This is the reason that I went every morning for a couple of hours to be with the Greek exhibit of art. I wanted to contemplate these images and see if I could immerse myself in the knowledge that brought them into form.
It was in one of these day's sessions, that I was all of the sudden impelled to stand in front of a bust in one of the rooms of the museum.
It is difficult to explain how this urgency of placing myself in front of a statue come into being, but what I know is that once I did this I felt that for – the first time – I was inside of the experience of what I later called “being centralized in three-dimensional space.”
As this experience took place within my being, I lost all sense of time – as I found myself with my eyes directly focusing on the center of the forehead of the statue, as being a bust and displayed on top of a marble column, was perfectly aligned to my body’s height as I was standing six feet away from it.
As I was standing there, the center of the forehead of the statue projected a beam of light upon my forehead from which I felt permeated by light.
This experience of connecting so deeply to this image radiating light upon myself astounded me because I found myself experiencing it as if being embraced by a whole field of stillness and suspension uniting me as one with the figure, myself, and the whole room of the museum.
I cannot tell how long I was standing there, connecting to this figure transmitting the brilliancy of light upon my being. But what I remember is that, as I became aware of my surroundings and the people that where walking around the room my first intention became to immediately get closer to the statue and find out who this marble image was.
The name of the statue was called Hermes, and as I looked closely at the figure and read some information about the period in which this ancient image was created, I realized that it did not mention the name of the artist that brought it into form.
At that time I had no idea who Hermes was but, as I walked out of the museum I realized that I could not wait to get to the library and search for more information.
I found out that Hermes Trismegistus had many personifications through different cultures and civilizations. He was associated with the god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth and subsequently the two gods were worshiped as one.
Also, I found that this particular statue in the Museum that produced such a extraordinary experience to my senses – was depicting Hermes within the Roman civilization. And that through the history of antiquity Hermes was called Mercury, the messenger of the gods and the god of balance, carrying a winged caduceus – a symbol of balance associated with healing and medicine.
As I immersed myself in the act of searching and learning all of the information I could find about Hermes I realized that my experience of Unity with him was a perfect sign for me to accept Hermes as my teacher.
I decided that Hermes Trismegistus was going to be my guide, not only in my understanding of the bio-mechanical nature of balance of the human body, but also to help me comprehend and experience the meaning of wisdom as he was called “Three Times Great” because he concealed within himself “ The Knowledge of the Three Worlds.”
Hermes became my idealized and translucent teacher of essential principles and wisdom safeguarded forever in time. He has became since then a fountain of inspiration and a divine guide that always empowers me and impels me to open my mind, hearty, and soul, as to unveil and receive the – forever keep – meaning inherent in the symbols of time.
This is the reason that, as we complete now the last of the Three Dimensions…. Whole Nature, Infinite Regeneration, and Foundation/Paradise, I would like to acknowledge the ancient memory of Hermes as he is now honored and fulfilled within The New Consciousness of Life and The Knowledge of Eternal Time.
Hermes wrote the Emerald Tablet also known as the Smaragdina Table that got interpreted through antiquity as being "A Divine Alchemical Process that transmuted metal into gold" – and in time was interpreted as “The Philosopher’s Stone “ “the alchemical Magnum Opus” – the ancient, classical, element system, and the correspondence between macrocosm and microcosm.

This translation was found among Newton's alchemical papers which are currently housed in King’s College Library, Cambridge University.
Its true without Lying, certain & most true.
That which is below is like that which is above & that which is above is like that which is below to do the miracles of one only thing.
And as all things have been & arose from one by the mediation of one: so all things have their birth from this one thing by adaptation.
The Sun is its father, the moon its mother, the wind hath carried it in its belly, the earth is its nurse.
The Father of all perfection in the whole world is here.
Its force or power is entire if it be converted into earth.
Separate thou the earth from the fire, the subtle from the gross
sweetly with great industry.
It ascends from the earth to the heaven & again it descends to the earth and receives the force of all things superior & inferior.
By this means ye shall have the glory of the whole world
& thereby all obscurity shall fly from you.
Its force is above all force. For it vanquishes every subtle thing
& penetrates every solid thing.
So was the world created.
From this are & do came admirable adaptations whereof the means ( or process ) is here in this.
Hence I am called Hermes Trismegist, having the three parts

THE ALCHEMICAL TRANSMUTATION
This alchemical transmutation within The Emerald Tablet became understood by me as being not necessarily the magical endeavor of changing and transforming the density of metal into the light of gold, but this process was the gradual refinement of our human physical energy in which the mind, the energy and the actual (material) physical form that is our body becomes synchronized with the natural core sensation that is the existence of our human souls.
Through time, I realized that the alchemical form of transmutation of energy was the foundation of the simple and gentle movements that is the practice of Unity In Motion.
I use the words “ through time” because it was much later – as the whole design of Movements of Unity in Motion became completed into one seamless expression of Three Dimensions – that I realized that the Movements do what the poem of The Emerald Tablet expresses.
They take us from below – the physical foundation of our body through the Seven Centers to above – the Crown – from which we connect naturally with the Light of Life.
And then, the Movements take us from the Crown to below through the Seven Centers that make up our equilibrated experience of life to the source and foundation that – as Physical Reality – is the last of the Three Dimensions within The Ten Dimensions of Life.
The process of alchemical transmutation expressed within the Emerald Tablet is not esoteric or mysterious, as the process of refinement of our human energy is nothing other than the integration of our Three Senses of Self into the Natural Unity that is the natural moment and movement of Life.
As we complete the expression of the Ten Dimensions of Life with the celebration of The Fountain of Life, it is important to understand that The Fountain of Life is the fulfillment of Hermes and the Emerald Tablet as this ancient process of transmutation that he has given us transforms our consciousness into the actual gold that is our becoming Present with the natural moment of Life.
What we mean by this is that the New Consciousness, as it embraces and nurtures us with the Presence of The Divine, and The New World is transforming the mental, the emotional, and the physical senses within our senses of Self, expressing the natural alchemy that is our human experience of the Ecstasy of Life.
In other words, the process of transmutation and the alchemical refinement expressed within The Emerald Tablet is now Present within our human lives as the Whole Field of Consciousness, housed now within the natural moment of life, and is constantly connecting us with The Golden Light of Life.
As this alchemical process is occurring now naturally within the moment of our human lives, it is the function of the Movements of Unity in Motion to bring us consciously, ( if this is our desire ) to personally understand and experience the natural Alchemical Process of Infinite Regeneration that is the Movement of Life.
The Practice of Unity In Motion brings us to this experience through four stages of integration that gradually and effortlessly interconnects us with the whole movement of Life.
In these stages, we first learn and discover how to become comfortable with the physical formation of our human bodies.
Through this discovery of comfortability, the natural relationship of the Matrix of Balance and its three-dimensional centralization – The Tree of Life – comes into Presence.
As this takes place, our mental sense of awareness and physical sensation of our bodies begins to merge with the essential whole field of awareness that we call Balance.
As this sense of Unity take place, the second stage of unification –
effortlessly – comes into being. Here, energy begins to flow freely, as our senses surface in communion with the natural Moment of Life revealing the release of stress, pain, and discomfort.
As this takes place, the practice of the movements becomes more and more three-dimensional. That is, as we become more centralized in space, our spatial, bio-mechanical relationship to three-dimensions begins to be experienced as the actual physical sensation of our being as our body becomes – essentially – present.
This takes us to the third stage, in which through the actual integration of the Movements, our mind begins to understand and experience the all-permeating beauty that naturally surrounds us.
Inside of this physical experience of Beauty, our being becomes present with many ideas that in the past may have been interpreted as philosophical ideals and religious beliefs and now becomes seen as being the natural Presence of Life Itself.
The Presence of Life is revealing within our Self that everything is known within our union with Three-Dimensions –The Sphere of Life.
This knowing is accompanied by our sense of Self – experiencing a larger and larger expression of feeling Love.
This natural, emotional uplifting within our sense of Self is accompanied by our physical sensation of life merging with The Whole Nature that is The Ecstasy of Life.
And, it is this, our natural state of exaltation that takes us to the fourth stage expressing Unity within our being – as our being realizes that the alchemical process of transmutation has merged naturally with the alchemical reality that is the Infinite Regeneration of our human life.
In this stage, we become extraordinarily surprised as The Fountain of Life becomes the natural, continual showering of light through which we experience the fulfillment of our human life.
In this fourth stage, we say that we become extraordinarily surprised because – as our three senses merge with The Unity of Life – each of us – all of a sudden – awakens into the presence of The New World in which everything has been given, as the arms of Creation embraces us with the magical reality that is the Unity In Motion of Life.
